Deer Tribe Truth is a space for truth-telling, reckoning, and reclamation.

I’m publishing my memoir here — Neophyte: My Life in a Sex Cult — to expose the inner workings of the Deer Tribe Metis Medicine Society, a faux Native American sex cult that uses loaded language, stolen teachings, sex abuse workshops, and manipulative tactics to draw people in and keep them hooked.

This Substack is a public service for survivors and anyone curious about how high-control groups operate. It’s also for Deer Tribe believers. If you found your way here, I hope you read this with an open mind so that you can get your life back.

The truth matters. Unfortunately, it is difficult to hold groups like the Deer Tribe accountable. But we can create a public record of the Deer Tribe’s tragic history of harm and abuse.
